Random swelling of lips, hands, fingers, middle of forehead! what could it be?

i am 19 and i've been experiencing this problem from past many months...my doctor said its some kinda allergy....bt i dont know wat.....last tym i had swelling after taking some medicines then today....itz juz random...i cant guess out wat is the cause.....drug allergy, food allergy....or any thing else.......
