Help in downloading !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

So i was downloading a file using DAP (Download Accelerator Plus). It was 69% yesterday and i had to go somewhere so I just paused it and today when i came back and tried staring it again it just showed 0 bytes and 69%. I tried pausing it before and it worked then. But this tym it did not.Please help me. I cant download it again and again, because my internet is very slow and that file is very big.It happens every time download a big file.
