Why is he ignoring me ?? its confusing me ..is he my frnd or not?

I have this guy friend of mine... who was once my "almost best friend" i mean he used 2 share almost evrythin..frm his scool stuff 2 his family members ..and also used 2 keep on askin me tht do i still lyk my ex crush? many tyms .. he used 2 reply late.. wen i used 2 tok abt mah xcrush ..but suddenly i fell for him ... and then a mutual friend just went up to him and told him i like him thn he told her tht he wont say no or yes coz if he'll say no i'll feel bad .. nd he doesnt wanna say yes coz he never thought of me more thn a good frnd ... then aftr some days he asked me , do u like meh ? i said yeah but i 'm tryin 2 move on..he said ..ok i knw it ... just wanted 2 confirm ..thn i said..so do u lyk meh ? ...then he said..speaking of the "lyk" thing as a frnd..the best 2 b wid ... dont wry i wont act lyk normally how ppl do i.e. they stop tokin n all ... all coz i knw it hurts n chill ...i'm ur frnd b4 ur crush aint i ? ..but now he is ignoring meh..i want 2 move on but at the same tym i dont want 2 loose a gud frnd in him 2 ...n nowadays i dnt even luk at him ... i mean i tok 2 othr guys.. nt 2 him in scool..
