Need some advice on my symtoms and pregnancy!?

Hi I took a pregnancy test about a month ago that said possitive and had sex with my boyfriend the same night. I woke up spotting and bled a little more for 2 days and spotted for another day. I had no pains at all and still haven't. I went to the doctor who acted like he didn't have time for me and didn't care. He saw blood and said I miscarried. He did a ultrasound but I was to early to see anything anyway. I didn't believe him about me having a miscarriage. Last week I took a test just to check and it said negative. But im still having symptoms. My stomach is getting tighter and a lil rounder and wider in hips. I should be aaround 9 weeks. I get headaches often and eat a lil more. Yesterday I noticed my veins in my breast were a darker blue and they were sore. When I woke up this morning they were so sore I couldn't touch them. Alot of you on here will think this is impossible but my mom and grandma had a period throughout there whole pregnancy. My mom didn't know she was pregnant with me until around 6 months. Its very uncommon but can happen. Also me and my boyfriend have sexual intercourse alot and sometimes I will spot for like 5 seconds. It doesn't even go through my underwear and I have NO pains. I work for dominos and notice I only spot when at work. Im a driver could it be from the heat? Can somebody please help me! Does it sound like im still pregnant?
