Can I call my dog this?

The name would still work for a girl puppy, but one problem you over looked is that at the end of the name it sounds like "no" when you start training her to listen to you she may be confused when you say her name it will sound like you are telling her she did something wrong, it will be very challenging to train her. If I were you I would think of a nice girly name that doesn't conflict with and general commands.
