I wanna take a course to improve my english speaking skill.Pls suggest a few courses.?

I have finished my grade 12 and my speaking skills are good in the sense that grammatically I have no problem but I fail to find the right words while I'm speaking..I take tym 2 frame a sentence..Pls help
