Guys help: who would i chose a person that i've known for so long or a person that i've known for only 6months?

That sounds like acid reflux. Most ulcer symptoms are a feeling of intense hunger upon awakening in the am but no stomach growling. Since its in your throat, acid reflux is my thought. I had throat and nose problems and my doc said it was acid coming up at night and causing the damage. Any highly processed foods can really throw the acidity in your stomach off. Try drinking lemon water for a few days and eating some non sugary yogurts and even better kefir. If no improvement, then see a doc. Also, try not eating for 2-4 hours before going to bed. I find that when I eat late, that I always wake up with a weird stomach.
