Is it rude to throw out words to ur real annoying ex- best friend?

I've known her since a very long time maybe since i was a toddler. But last year we spilt b'coz she was turning out to be a dictator. And she appeared to neglect me and started acting as i never existed . i took no notice @ 1st but when tym went on she started to cry and make a huge fuss to get everyone's attention. Then she succeeded she snatched some of my frnds and teachers whom i had faith and hope on !!now she turning out to embroider facts to make herself the "innocent".!!what exactly should i do ??? HELP ME!!!
