How to pay on eBay using Paypal?

Ok, so I'm trying to purchase dominoes from Germany on eBay. They couldn't be purchased on US eBay, so I bought them on eBay Germany. However, I can't figure out how to pay for it using Paypal, which is US registered. I can't find the button i need to click to pay for it on eBay Germany; and consequently, when I try go to Paypal.com (even paypal germany) it tells me to check out on eBay, then forwards me to my shopping cart on eBay US, which isn't available because I purchased them from eBay Germany!! Someone please help or tell me how i can pay for this using paypal!
