Strike up a conversation about the younger brother, say he's adorable or something (don't be creepy about it though) or joke and say she should stop bringing him to the pool cause he's a better swimmer than you and it's making you look bad. Something light and funny, don't just jump right into asking her for her number or whatever, that won't work.
