Can you move out of state without your childs fathers permission?? Pls help! :(?

i hav full soul legal educational n physical custody wit alternating weekend visitaions with my baby dad! The father hasnt bothered picking him up or calling to tel me hes not coming.. The last tym i spoke to him he said he didnt want the visitations! So my question is can i stil move out of the state of CALIFORNIA without his permission!
