Blood and urine test resaults.?

Hi, I am a 43 year old male and have had painful middle back pain for a couple months my doctor ruled anything bone related out. He decided to do a urine and blood test. I got my results back today and they show a high level of protein in my urine culture. My lipid profile showed my total cholesterol at 243, my metabolic panel showed Total Bilirubin 1.4 and my ALT at 69. These were all flagged on the report. Should I be worried? I haven’t had a chance to talk to my doctor yet.
